As online social networks become increasingly popular, the amount of available data is constantly on the rise. Search options for end users, however, have remained limited. Our query language opens up new possibilities for retrieving useful data from these vast databases. This language enables new features not implemented today due to resource limitations, such as retrieving the shortest “acquaintance path” between users under various constraints.
